7-Eleven, Inc. seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and mentor restaurant staff, ensure top customer service, and uphold health and safety standards. You will work closely with the Restaurant Leader to drive performance and maintain store presenting quality.

Role requires strong supervision, ability to read operating procedures, and proficient Excel/Word skills; high school diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of management experience advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• One year of Restaurant Management experience preferred.
• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership with training and coaching.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and compliance with Health Department Standards.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Word/Excel).

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Lead training and coaching for team members alongside Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
