Job summary

Raising Cane’s is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader in Houston to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture. You will manage onboarding, payroll and schedules while leading a fast-paced team in a high-energy setting.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly crewmembers, ensuring cash controls, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Strong communication and team leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing shift and payroll processes.
• Proficient with technology systems and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns the onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages the performance of all hourly crewmembers (development, coaching, redirective communication and documentation).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
