Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work the floor and serve guests.
• Train newer crew and get them up to speed.
• Keep Dunkin' standards, recipes, and systems on point.
• Support the Manager with daily operations, orders, and cost control.
• Help keep the store safe, clean, and stocked.
• Handle cash accurately and follow cash-management procedures.
• Step in to support the team when the Manager is out.
