Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our One Love culture. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on training, scheduling, and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Hire and terminate hourly crewmembers; own onboarding, status changes and payroll.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules; manage performance and coaching.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty; cash handling accountability.
• Enforce policies and safety standards; ensure cleanliness and proper facility operation.
• Provide exemplary customer service and use reward/recognition programs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
