Job summary

MAB Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Residential Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities and help them grow within the community. You will work with the Residential Coordinator to ensure smooth operations, lead staff in their absence, and supervise daily activities within the residence.

The role requires a High School/HiSet/GED or higher with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a valid MA driver's license.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Supervise staff and maintain safety standards.
  • Oversee household budgets, staff scheduling, and transportation for participants.

Join Our Team! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Residential Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities in their journey toward personal growth and community involvement. In this role, you'll work closely with the Residential Coordinator to ensure smooth program operations and lead staff in their absence.

Rate & Benefits: 22.50 Non MAP/23.50 MAP that recognizes and rewards your unique talents. MAB will provide MAP training

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision & Leadership: Guide staff and maintain safety standards while fostering a positive environment.
  • Program Management: Oversee household budgets, assist with staff scheduling, and coordinate transportation for participants.
  • Advocacy & Support: Engage with participants, families, and providers to implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and promote personal goals.
  • Community Engagement: Create opportunities for participants to connect and contribute to their communities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Valid MA driver’s license and willingness to drive program vehicles.
