Job summary

MAB Community Services in Framingham, MA seeks an Assistant Residential Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities and help guide staff in the absence of the Residential Coordinator. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth program operations and foster personal growth and community involvement.

The role offers day shifts with a chance to lead and advocate for participants, along with MAP training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Valid MA driver’s license and ability to drive program vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership while ensuring safety and positive environment.
• Oversee household budgets, staff scheduling, and transportation for participants.
• Support ISPs and partner with families and providers to promote goals.
• Foster community engagement opportunities for participants.
