NPAworldwide in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Assistant Residential Project Manager to coordinate residential construction projects from start to finish, visit job sites, work with subcontractors, and help keep schedules and budgets on track.

You will grow into a Project Manager role with hands-on exposure to all aspects of residential construction, partnering with Project Managers, vendors, and clients, and benefiting from a competitive hourly rate and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred.
• 1+ year of Assistant Project Management or related experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential construction projects from start to finish with Project Managers.
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and clients.
• Track schedules, deadlines, materials, and project milestones.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and job costs.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress and help keep projects on track.
• Troubleshoot scheduling, material, and day-to-day construction issues.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and files.
• Help ensure quality, safety, and company standards are consistently met.
• Keep clients informed and provide a positive experience throughout the project.
