Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects in a fast-paced environment. You will plan, budget, and schedule activities, and manage subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Under the supervision of senior leadership, you will coordinate buyouts, track costs, and maintain quality and safety standards across all project phases. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in multifamily or wood frame construction projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe, Onscreen Takeoff knowledge.
• Driver’s license required.
• OSHA 30 hour preferred; First Aid-AED training preferred; additional safety certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Chart project objectives, plans, and participant roles to meet deadlines.
• Manage buyout, scheduling, and budget to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers; track changes.
• Prepare and review monthly draws, cost projections, and settlements.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project documents.
• Coordinate with field team, design consultants, and owner representatives.
