Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Residential Project Manager to lead housing projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will oversee field teams, coordinate trades, review drawings, and maintain a high standard of safety and quality.

The role is hands-on, in-person, and requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep homeowners informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
• Residential or construction PM experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, organization and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and field personnel.
• Monitor progress and address scheduling or construction issues.
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Review documents and track costs and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety and quality standards.
• Maintain communication with homeowners, subcontractors and team.
• Resolve delays, conflicts and field issues efficiently.
