Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support residential construction projects from start to completion.

• Track project schedules, timelines, and critical milestones.
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project standards.
• Assist ownership and project leadership with project execution and customer communication.
• Help identify and resolve project issues to keep schedules on track.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status updates as needed.
• Learn company systems, processes, and construction standards.
• Gradually assume increased responsibility with the goal of transitioning into a full Project Manager role.
