Job summary

May Institute is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator (APC) for its Adult Residential Program in Easthampton, MA. This full-time, manager-in-training role supports individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities and helps oversee daily operations of an adult residential home.

You will partner with the Program Coordinator, develop leadership skills, and gradually assume greater responsibility, including running the home when the PC is off.

Qualifications

• Direct care and daily site operations support.
• Coordinate meal prep, shopping, recreation planning, and household organization.
• Support MAP procedures, documentation, and safety protocols.
• Maintain communication with the Program Coordinator, management, and nursing teams.
• Take on-call responsibilities two days per week and cover the home when the PC is on leave.
