Zusammenfassung

May Institute in Easthampton, MA, seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator (APC) to partner with the Program Coordinator and support adults with autism and developmental disabilities in an adult residential home. This manager-in-training role involves direct care, daily site operations, and stepping in to run the home when the Program Coordinator is off.

Responsibilities include meal prep coordination, shopping, recreation planning, household organization, MAP procedures, documentation, safety

Qualifikationen

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid U.S. driver’s license with 1+ year of licensed driving experience.
1+ years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing crisis intervention/physical management.
Management experience preferred; interest in developing leadership and growing into a management role.

Aufgaben

Oversee daily operation of an adult residential home, and run the home when the Program Coordinator is off.
Provide direct care and support while assisting in daily site operations.
Coordinate meal prep, shopping, recreation planning, and household organization.
Support MAP procedures, documentation, and safety protocols.
Maintain communication with the Program Coordinator, management, and nursing teams.
Take on-call responsibilities two days per week.
