The role involves on-site oversight, policy adherence, and coordinating staff to maintain compliance and quality care. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree preferred, supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and MAP certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Supervisory and/or program development experience is a plus.
• MAP certification for medication administration (attained upon hire).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive and safe living/work environment by enforcing health and safety standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, homelike environment.
• Manage the residential budget and petty cash.
• Supervise direct care, case management, and vocational staff.
• Coordinate program staff to meet required ratios and minimize overtime.
