The Resource Center, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to support daily residence operations and supervise staff. You will ensure individualized programming is implemented and that plans are followed, with data collection and reporting responsibilities.

Requires NYS Medication Administration Certification maintenance, strong organization, and teamwork across shifts. A valid NYS driver’s license is required to support transport and community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to follow written plans and track data accurately.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed and complete training.
• NYSDOH/NADSP-aligned practices encouraged and practiced.
• Valid NYS driver’s license with acceptable record.

Responsabilités

• Assist Residence Manager in daily operation and coverage.
• Oversee direct support staff and ensure plan implementation.
• Maintain records, trainings, and IP/POP reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling, staff assignments, and care delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention and behavior support per plans.
• Lead in-service training and staff development.
