Responsibilities

• Support registrar operations and enrollment lifecycle.
• Process enrollment status changes and transcripts.
• Assist with course scheduling and term setup.
• Conduct data audits and record integrity checks.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Admissions, Academics, and Support.
• Prepare for audits, program reviews, and accreditation requests.
• Respond to student and staff inquiries about registrations.
• Escalate complex issues with documentation and recommendations.
