Job summary

Interspace Property Management LLC in Lisle, IL is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support residential and commercial properties, manage leasing files, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with housing regulations while delivering excellent tenant service.

You will work closely with tenants, vendors, and the property team, assisting with administrative tasks, budgeting support, and data entry in Buildium, with in-person work and steady 37.5-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or real estate admin.
• Familiar with landlord-tenant laws and Section 8 programs.
• Proficient with PM software such as Buildium or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing lease agreements using Buildium.
• Coordinate property maintenance with vendors and track work orders.
• Respond to tenant inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain leasing records and compliance files.
• Assist budgeting and financial reconciliation.
• Show vacant units and collect documents from applicants.
