Core3 Property Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Peoria, IL to support leasing, tenant relations, and day-to-day operations. The role partners with the Property Manager to oversee multi-family and single-family portfolios and ensure exceptional service to tenants and owners.

Responsibilities include leasing, financial reviews, overseeing maintenance, and coordinating turnaround work. A real estate license in Illinois is required, with prior PM experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of properties alongside the Property Manager.
• Lease properties and coordinate showings for vacant units.
• Monitor financials and approve expenses.
• Coordinate maintenance and property turnarounds.
• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager on vacancies, rents, and delinquencies.
• Assist with marketing and tenant retention efforts.
