Job summary

WS Development, based in Massachusetts, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee a portion of the District portfolio in the Seaport, guiding assets from construction to occupancy and maintaining Class A standards.

The role reports to the Seaport District, Property Manager and involves collaboration with Marketing, Accounting, Tenant Construction, Engineering and Facilities in a teamwork-driven environment. A strong emphasis on tenant relations and operations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Urban or retail property management experience preferred.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CAM budgets, variance reporting, accruals, reforecasts and the reconciliation process.
• Collaborate with facilities, engineering, and accounting to produce monthly/quarterly invoices for tenant utility recoveries and billbacks.
• Oversee the accounts payable process and track and report all accounts receivable.
• Facilitate contract management, solicit RFPs/bids, supervise documents, monitor obligations.
• Monitor and track work orders with Property Management team; ensure timely communication.
