Job summary

Goldmark Property Management Inc. is seeking a Property Manager Float to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, including resident relations, financial operations, and leadership of property teams.

The role focuses on delivering high resident satisfaction and retention, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and market trends. Starting salary is $64,500 annually, with potential for more based on experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business or related subject preferred; or 2-4 years’ related experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• A strong leader with 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Prior property management experience in multi-family environment preferred
• Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws including Fair Housing
• CPM/CAM/CALP certifications preferred but not required
• Yardi familiarity preferred and driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall financial performance of each managed property
• Maintain resident relations program to drive satisfaction and retention
• Create and implement property marketing strategies to attract residents
• Assist with leasing and renewal processes per company procedures and Fair Housing
• Maximize net collected rent (NCR) for properties
• Oversee vendor expenses and ensure on-budget spending
• Prepare operational performance reporting, budgets and presentations
• Provide guidance on capital projects and rehab needs
• Hire, train and lead team members to perform at their best
• Mentor teammates to support growth and development
