Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with the daily operation of the apartment community.
• Assist with leasing operations, follow up with prospective residents, show units and close sales.
• Handle resident relations and address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Collect all monies owed by residents and follow the collections policy.
• Perform property inspections and document deficiencies; direct staff to repair or replace items.
• Oversee move-out inspections and unit turnover process.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Maintain knowledge of management and community policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
