Qualifications

• Knowledge of the local residential market.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and tenant relations.
• Document lease violations and coordinate evictions as necessary.
• Oversee rent collections and ensure maintenance requests are fulfilled.
