Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager to ensure compliance in all HUD-related requirements.
• Support in preparing the property for reviews and inspections.
• Document lease violations and coordinate evictions.
• Respond to resident questions, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Oversee rent collection, posting, and daily deposits; track arrears.
