First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a 190‑unit community in Antelope, CA. You will support the Property Manager, engage residents with tours and advertising, and help drive occupancy and financial performance.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30am–5:30pm, with benefits including healthcare, retirement plans and paid time off. Strong communication and a customer‑service mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Rent Café).
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents, owners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, conduct tours and advertise to prospective renters.
• Support Property Manager with financial performance, reporting and operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants.
• Demonstrate professionalism and hands-on leadership in daily tasks.
