Job summary

First Pointe Management Group is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant for our 242-unit apartment community in Antelope, CA. You will engage prospective residents with tours, highlight community amenities, and deliver standout customer service while maintaining property aesthetics and safety.

This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm. Ideal candidates have about 1 year of sales or hospitality experience, basic MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, administrative, hospitality/hotel, leasing or customer service experience.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work in other computer software systems
• Enthusiasm for learning new things is a must!

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents highlighting the amenities and features of the community.
• Assist current residents with exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
• Walk the community daily to ensure aesthetics and safety.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Our in-house training department educates our new employees from the very beginning of their journey and ongoing with both in-person and web-based training allowing us to develop the most talented associates in the industry. We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Leasing Consultant for our 242 unit apartment community in Antelope, Ca. This exciting position requires you to encourage prospective residents to live at the community with engaging tours highlighting the amenities, assisting current residents with exceptional customer service, and walking the community daily to ensure its' aesthetics and safety. Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm
