First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a 190‑unit community in Antelope, CA. You will support the Property Manager, engage residents with tours and advertising, and help drive occupancy and financial performance.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30am–5:30pm, with benefits including healthcare, retirement plans and paid time off. Strong communication and a customer‑service mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Rent Café).
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents, owners and vendors.

Assistant Property Manager

Salary Range: $24.00 To $27.00 Hourly

We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Assistant Property Managerfor our 190 unit apartment community located in Antelope, CA. This exciting position requires you to be a steward for the community building and facilitating health resident relationships, encouraging prospective residents to live at the community with creative advertising and engaging tours, assisting current residents with exceptional customer service, and supporting the Property Manager by strategizing the financial performance of the community, reporting and being a hands on leader.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm

Contributions: 1-2 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager. Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations. Computer knowledge: MS Office and property management specific desired (Yardi and Rent Café). Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, owners and vendors. Possesses a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate well verbally & in writing and a strong work ethic. Must have reliable transportation.
