Qualifications

• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage leases, rents and tenant records.
• Experience with tax-credit or set-aside properties is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Community Manager in the absence of the Community Manager.
• Ensure 100% compliance in tax-credit or set-aside units.
• Post and reconcile transactions from leases, invoices and receipts.
• Audit records for lease expirations and renewals.
• Collect delinquent rents and manage collections.
• Assist Leasing Consultants in leasing vacant apartments.
• Coordinate resident activities and promote community engagement.
