You will handle administrative tasks, assist in leasing, and help supervise staff to maintain high standards of rental Living experience.

The role involves coordinating with maintenance, managing resident relations, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and supervision.
• Knowledge of tax-credit or set-aside housing compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in meeting community goals and budgets.
• Support leasing consultants in marketing vacant apartments.
• Handle administrative duties and ensure accurate file keeping.
• Schedule repairs and coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
• Assist with evictions following legal procedures.
