Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Utilize proper customer service and sales techniques.
• Collect all monies due and oversee audit evictions.
• Communicate with outside legal counsel during the eviction process.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files.
• Ensure the model apartments are ready for show.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease terms and availability.
• Conduct outreach marketing for the property.
