Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Manage resident satisfaction, retention, and full resident lifecycle activities.
• Handle accounts receivable, rent collection, posting rent, and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with leasing, tours, move-ins/outs, and renewals.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; report maintenance needs.
