Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the Property Manager in fiscal planning and budget preparation.
• Supervises maintenance, security, landscaping, and cleaning as needed.
• Oversees contractors and vendors providing services at the property.
• Responds to telephone and on-site inquiries and rent collection outreach.
• Conducts apartment and property inspections and writes service orders.
• Maintains service order logs and turnover schedules with maintenance supervisor.
