Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic business knowledge.
• Must obtain Registered Housing Specialist license.
• Knowledge of Manufactured Housing Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residents to receive rent payments and follow up on late payments.
• Show available units to prospective residents.
• Coordinate leasing and marketing to protect and enhance property value.
• Represent owner to tenants and the public.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise all property associates.
