The position requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in accounting or property management, and a proven track record in sales, customer service, or leasing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of accounting or property management experience required.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or leasing performance required.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and financial reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing team activities and performance.
• Oversee rent collection, occupancy management, and financial reporting.
• Oversee property marketing including social media, university outreach, and resident events.
• Coordinate daily property operations with the Property Manager and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and OSHA standards.
