The position requires strong communication, proficiency with MS Office and property software like YARDI/E Site, and flexibility including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with property management software and standard MS Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; valid driver's license.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process rent and payments, prepare deposits and financial reports.
• Review invoices and manage vendor payments.
• Communicate with residents on balances and delinquencies.
• Handle move-outs and lease terms review.
• Coordinate with maintenance on service requests.
• Act as onsite supervisor in manager's absence.
