• Candidate must be organized; adept in technology and communication; ability to plan strategically and prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor are required.
• COS and C3P holders are strongly preferred with a background in affordable housing.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and Social Media is expected.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for LIHTC Annual Recertifications for 231 units across two properties.
• Process LIHTC program applications in coordination with Compliance Department.
• Maintain resident files per HallKeen/LIHTC policies and guidelines.
• Input resident payments and track delinquencies.
• Assist Property Manager on various projects and inspections.
• Support annual apartment inspections.
