You will supervise site staff, prepare budgets, and monitor compliance while coordinating resident certifications and recertifications. Some travel is required, with a strong emphasis on regulatory knowledge and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years related property management and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Onesite a plus.
• Conventional property management and Project Based Section 8 recertification experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an apartment community and all site operations.
• Direct the site office and maintenance staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 programs and certifications.
• Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance within budget constraints.
• Oversee resident certification/recertification processing and staff coordination.
