WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Santa Rosa Avenue community in Santa Rosa, CA. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, rent collections, and financial administration at a 154-unit affordable housing property.

The role involves supporting day-to-day management, ensuring resident service, and maintaining occupancy and financial records. Training and growth opportunities are available within the property management field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, administrative support, or related.
• Up to 1 year of supervisory/leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience with LIHTC or Section 42 preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based apps.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day operations of a multifamily community to ensure resident service and efficiency.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and renewals.
• Monitor rent collections, post payments, and assist with delinquency management.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain positive relations and satisfaction.
• Prepare financial reports, notices, and property documentation.
• Process purchase orders and accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with property operations, financial administration, and occupancy-related activities.
• Serve as acting Property Manager in the Manager's absence.
