Job summary

Pennrose in Savannah, GA is seeking a property leasing and marketing associate to manage marketing and leasing for assigned properties and provide resident services. You will develop policies under the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager, coordinate events, and monitor market conditions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing applications, managing security deposits, and coordinating with maintenance and vendors. Travel between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and/or HOPE 6 preferred.
• HUD programs knowledge including HOPE 6 and project-based Section 8.
• Proficiency in Yardi preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating leasing events such as open houses, realtor tours, and resident promotional activities.
• Assists with resident services programming development and implementation.
• Maintains knowledge of market conditions affecting leasing and operations.
• Manages property’s answering service and ensures quality customer service.
• Notifies residents of tenancy issues and handles evictions as needed.
• Oversees security deposit administration and unit inspections.
• Maintains property filing, accounts payable/receivable, and invoice approvals.
• Leads property tours and tracks referrals and inquiries.
