Job summary

WePartner Group, an Atlanta-based, fully integrated real estate investment and management firm, is seeking a full-time Leasing/Property Manager at its Duluth, GA headquarters. You will oversee leasing, tenant relations, and daily property operations with a growth-forward mindset.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a licensed agent, strong leasing and management skills, and proficiency with AppFolio. Expect a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a licensed real estate agent with SFR and Multi-Family leasing experience.
• Leasing expert with a closing mindset to maximize occupancy and rent.
• Solid property management experience with a results-driven attitude and strong recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comps and list properties for leasing to maximize value for the owner.
• Schedule open houses, showings, move-in/move-out walkthroughs and related appointments.
• Perform thorough tenant screening in line with company standards.
• Coordinate with vendors to address maintenance needs.
• Collect rents, issue notices, and follow up on collections as needed.
• Manage budgeting, CAM, and owner/tenant communications for the rental community.
• Lead special projects and collaborate with all departments as required.

Qualification:

The candidate is passionate about the real estate industry, specifically in residential leasing and property management, proactive and responsive; highly efficient; detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Full-time licensed real estate agent for at least three years, with experience in both single-family residential (SFR) and Multi-Family leasing and property management.
• Leasing expert with a “whatever it takes” mindset to close deals
• Solid property management experience and a results-driven attitude
• Strong familiarity and confidence with GAR forms and compliance requirements.
• Marketing expertise to effectively promote new listings, both online and locally.
• Extensive experience with AppFolio.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and thoroughness in managing all records and paperwork.
• A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough comparative market analysis (comps) and list properties for leasing, maximizing their value on behalf of the owner.
• Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and move-in and move-out walkthroughs.
• Perform a comprehensive tenant screening process in line with company standards and the owner's requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate and resolve all maintenance issues.
• Collect rents, issue notices, file evictions, negotiate with tenants for solutions, and follow up with collections as needed.
• Manage the rental community, including annual budgeting, common area maintenance, owner/tenant communication, violation notices, and community improvements.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned, working collaboratively with all departments.
