Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight at our SC properties. You will work under the Property Manager to ensure high standards and exceptional service for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes timely payments, tenant relations, and accurate record-keeping, with opportunities for training and growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.S./A.A.) or 2–3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Prior property management or sales/customer service managerial experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle may be required for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing, collections, resident services and maintenance oversight.
• Address delinquent accounts and help with eviction filings if needed.
• Process leases, renewals, move-ins and resident documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident records and handle security deposits refunds.
• Support monthly reporting on renewals, rents and retention; assist staff meetings.
