Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for traveling between properties.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, Collections, and Resident Services: Address delinquent accounts and initiate the eviction process, filing necessary documents and attending court hearings if required.
