This role offers growth in multifamily housing and property management, with duties including tours, applications, recertifications, and lease renewals, plus acting PM duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of property management, leasing, or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based apps.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in property management.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential community, ensuring excellent resident service and operational efficiency.
• Assist with leasing activities, including apartment tours, application processing, recertifications, and lease renewals.
• Monitor rent collections, post payments, enforce collection policies, and assist with delinquency management.
• Respond to resident concerns and help maintain positive resident relations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare financial reports, resident correspondence, recertification notices, and other property documentation.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with property operations, financial administration, and occupancy-related activities.
• Serve as acting Property Manager in the Manager's absence, as needed.
