Job summary

WinnCompanies in Hayward, CA seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations across two market-rate communities, Solis Garden and Vivante. You will assist with leasing tours, applications, renewals, and resident relations.

You will also help with rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and property administration, and may serve as acting Property Manager during absences. The role offers an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, with pay of $27.00 per hour and hybrid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, administrative support, or related field.
• Up to 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based business applications.
• Preferred experience with Yardi, RealPage or other property management software.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential community.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and renewals.
• Monitor rent collections, post payments, and assist with delinquency management.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Prepare financial reports and property documentation.
• Process purchase orders and accounts payable transactions.
• Serve as acting Property Manager in the Manager's absence.
