Job summary

Pillar Properties seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, collections, and resident services for our Seattle community. You will assist in maintaining financial records, reporting, and day-to-day property operations with a focus on delivering excellent resident relations.

You will work closely with the Property Manager, adapt to an entrepreneurial culture, and contribute to budget planning, process improvements, and leasing strategies while maintaining compliance with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of property management or leasing experience, or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Intermediate knowledge of Yardi or other property management software.
• Ability to learn new software and respond to residents and vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance and reporting.
• Manage rental collections and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Support Property Manager; act in their absence and guide day-to-day operations.
• Monitor operating and capital budgets to reflect owner objectives and leasing strategy.
• Coordinate with team to maintain property records and lease obligations.
