Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and collaborate with the Property Manager to deliver exceptional resident service. The role blends leasing, collections, administration, and policy compliance to ensure a smooth, compliant living experience.

The position demands strong customer service, leasing background, and attention to detail, with eligibility for a full-time schedule including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two years of residential property management experience in multifamily.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Update unit availability daily and process rental applications promptly.
• Receive, record, and process collections.
• Assist with moving-out inspections and deposit accounting.
• Maintain resident files and documentation.
• Manage calendars for move-ins and ensure apartments meet move-in standards.
• Address resident concerns and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
