Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager I for ReNew Madison in Madison, WI. You will support daily property operations, work with the Property Manager to ensure excellent resident service, smooth administration, and accurate financial records.

The role blends customer service, leasing, collections, and compliance with company policies. Candidates should have strong sales/leasing background, two years of residential property management and leasing experience, and

Qualifications

• Two years of residential property management experience in multifamily housing.
• Two years of residential leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing background; familiar with Fair Housing practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Update unit availability daily and process applications promptly.
• Process collections and assist with past-due balances.
• Manage maintenance work orders and coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Maintain resident files and documentation with accuracy.
• Manage move-in calendars and ensure move-in standards.
• Address resident concerns and escalate to the Property Manager when needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections and prepare deposit accounting with approval.
• Keep financial records up to date, including NSF transactions, concessions, and rent adjustments.
• Provide clerical support and adhere to policies and standards.
