Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Falling Creek Apartments in North Chesterfield, VA. The role supports the Property Manager, oversees office operations, processes applications, leases, and move-ins/move-outs, and maintains resident communications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or customer service, knowledge of apartment rental practices, and excellent customer service and sales skills. ARM or CAM is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Property Manager, assume office oversight and manage banking deposits.
• Show apartments and process applications from prospective residents.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and maintain resident files.
• Initiate lease renewals and forward to Property Manager for approval.
• Process maintenance service requests and maintain resident relations.
• Prepare weekly reports on traffic and renewals; update advertising files.
• Collaborate with other departments and handle special assignments.
