Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per policy.
• Evaluate employees for salary increases/advancement.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to policies.
• Assist in leasing apartments and prepare leases.
• Collect rents and handle delinquencies.
• Maintain financial records and apply accounting policies.
• Coordinate with outside contractors on property work.
• Move-in/out coordination and inspections.
