Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking a Property Manager for the Falling Creek community in North Chesterfield, VA. You will oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, staffing, budgeting and resident relations.

The role requires experience in property management, strong leadership, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and fiscal discipline. Regular travel and coordination with the Regional Property Manager are expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management
• ARM/CAM/RAM/HCCP preferred
• Strong communication and customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Train staff and supervise performance.
• Hire and terminate employees per policy.
• Evaluate staff and recommend salary/advancement.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to policies.
• Assist in leasing apartments and sign leases.
• Collect rents and manage delinquencies.
• Maintain financial records and accounting policies.
• Supervise outside contractors on-site.
• Handle move-ins/outs and inspections.
• Ensure clean, well-maintained property and budget adherence.
• Communicate with residents, staff and vendors.
• Travel as required and perform other duties.
