Job summary

MAA Park Point in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to lead on-site operations, collect rents, post payments, and support leasing efforts.

You will inspect apartments after move-out, handle resident inquiries, and provide sales and service to current and prospective residents, while assisting with office administration and renewals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience.
• Bookkeeping skills and/or experience.
• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ancillary fees from residents, including delinquent accounts.
• Post income and deposits and inspect apartments after move-out.
• Sell and provide customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Lease apartments and support on-site office management.
