MAA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in a highly organized role within multifamily housing. You will handle rent collection, leasing, and daily office duties while delivering excellent service to residents and prospects.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leasing or property management experience and a background in bookkeeping; a high school diploma is required with a degree preferred. Opportunities for advancement are offered within MAA Traditions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience.
• Bookkeeping skills and/or experience.
• High school diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect rent and ancillary fees from residents, including delinquent accounts.
• Post income and deposits.
• Inspect apartment homes after move-out.
• Sell and provide customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Lease apartments and assist with office management and support.
